[Gmail-Users] Import V-cards to GMail Contacts

Need instructions to import Apple OS X AddressBook into GMail Contacts.
They are V-Cards in a .vcf format. Also, how to import Yahoo an
Excite address books, too.

I have a third comma-delimited file that contains the main addresses I
need to use in Contacts.
