Thanks for straitening this bloob out that called that woman stupid!I can't find it now,great going!
saved me from sending one, Takes one to know one!  Stuped that is. Some respect is needed and

I think you are asking way to much of this program. It is important to
remember that this is a web based MUA. There are only so many things
that can be incorporated easily into such a system.

From the sounds of what you are describing, it appears like you want a
full blown PIM/MUA. You would probably be better off investigating a
commercial MUA such as MS Outlook 2003 or something along those lines.
