Listing Issues

I'm wondering if some can help me resolve an issue. We're new to froogle
and really like the concept. We stock and picture every thing on our web
sites by item, we're one of the larges consumers supplies of Vanmark in the
world. However on froogle our product is getting a low ranking. When you
search on "Vanmark" , sites are ranking much higher then ours and sometime
do not link to the correct product. We usually rank in the top 3 positions
on google for vanmark and also pay via add words to rank in the top two in
the sponsor section. Not sure what we are doing wrong. Any help would be
appreciated
