Re: Already uploaded but still says Awaiting First Upload

It may be that it's still waiting approval, or it's still in the upload
queue. If you haven't had an error message other than 'awaiting
approval' it should be OK. There have been so many problems laterly,
mainly processing delays, that it's hard to tell whether there is a
real problem.

Have you tried using the Merchant Centre to upload. That tells you
instantly if your feed has 'uploaded successfully'. It's worth having
both ftp and merchant centre facilities for uploading your feeds, in
case one stops working.

You could be waiting a long time for a response from the Froogle Team!
There have been lots of reports on this forum from people not getting a
reponse.

Please let the forum know how you get on, so other people have an idea
of what to expect.
