re: description of my site on Google search

When anyone does a Google search for my site,
humannaturenuggets.blogspot.com, the description is the standard
"notify blogger about objectionable content" etc. How can I change this
so it will actually use the description I have on my site? Shouldn't
Google search use the actual wording in the description on my site? My
host is blogger.
Would really appreciate help.

Also, there are other sites that mention mine on their blogs, but they
never come up on a Google search as referring to my site. Any ideas why?
