Re: GMap is undefined in IE version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920

I have spread the word among my friends and I managed to get these
results: no google maps page created with the API works on IE
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp1.020828-1920 and most of the versions that have SP1
installed. Everything works fine on SP2 or classic Xp (with no SP
installed). Here are some of the versions that had no problem:

Win 2003 Server 6.0.3790.0
Win XP SP2 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.050301-15
6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158
Win XP (no SP) 6.0.2600.0000.xpclnt_qfe.021108-2107

Next, I will try to figure out a way to overcome this issue. I will try
to detect with JavaScript the exact version of IE and, if I run into a
SP1 version, then I will load in background the http://maps.google.com
page and then continue to load my page. I don't know if this will do
the trick, but I will give you the results when I get them.
