Hi chazco,
About your 64 pages that have gone from the Google
search result page, were they supplemental results?
I do not know exaclty what supplemental results are,
and how are they stored in Google databases,
but pages listed as supplemental results seem not
to appear permanently in Google search results
(some URLs can oscillate between on and off in the search results).
Hopefully in time they will come back 'longer term'
in search results.
