Re: hedwig
Ok, found this:
There are four common reasons that you might be having trouble
connecting to the FTP server:
1. Your FTP account information has not become active
Merchants may be unable to log in when attempting to connect too soon
after their FTP account information is created. It takes a couple of
hours for new FTP account information to become active. We recommend
either waiting a few hours after creating your FTP account or changing
your FTP password.
2. You are not connecting to the correct FTP server
You should be connecting to " ftp://hedwig.google.com" if you are using
a browser to establish a connection. If you are using an FTP client, or
command line prompt, you'll need to connect to "hedwig.google.com"
without the " ftp://" protocol.
3. You are using an incorrect FTP login
You can check if you have the correct login name by signing in to your
Merchant Center account. Once you're signed in, click on the "View FTP
info" link near the bottom of the Merchant Center homepage. You will
see your FTP login displayed on the next page.
4. You are using an incorrect FTP password
FTP passwords are not displayed in your account for security purposes.
If you've lost your FTP password, you'll need to reset it. To change
your FTP password, go to your homepage in the Froogle Merchant Center,
click "View FTP Info," then click "Change FTP Password." Enter your new
password in each box, and click "Save." The password change may not
take effect for several hours, so if you can't log into our FTP server
right away, please try again later.
If none of these tips help resolve your login problems, please write us
by using the "Contact us" link located at the bottom of this page.
