I have a similar problem. We have feeds with URLs such as

http://www.campusred.net/periodicoopei/RSSContents.aspx?S=141&UUC=&C=-1&TV=-1&T=&AS=&ASFD=&ASFS=&ASFA=&ASd1=&ASd2=31&ASm1=&ASm2=12&ASy1=&ASy2=2005&ASS=&ASA=

These work fine as Mozilla LiveBookmarks or in Bloglines, but give a
400 Bad Request with the Google Reader.
