stop watch/timer ? a little confused now.. how does that relate to
storing variables?

anyway not many users keep toggling their sidebar to floating and back
each day, it might be okay with the way it works now. definitely would
be nice to have plugin running when the switch happens and hopefully
google will fix it in the future releases.
