Are you saying all three of your regional stores have the same store ID
(cheeseline)? I didn't know that was possible, so it may just be that
your .de store is being overwritten by your .com store, which is finally
overwritten by the .co.uk version.

Other than that, I'm afraid you've exhausted all my suggestions.
