Sidebar problem

Hi all,

After a computer crash today, my sidebar seemed to reset to default
settings... not in itself a big issue, but all todo tasks and the
scratch pad are now blank... I'm wondering if this has happened to
anyone else? and any ideas how to recover the lost info?
