What errors is it returning?

If your store simply hasn't been approved yet, that is reported as an
error with no details.

Looks mostly ok, but it's difficult to know where to look specifically
without some kind of hint from froogle.

You've got spaces at the start and end of all your column headings. I
don't know if this will actually be a problem. E.g.
"product_url<space><tab><space>name<space><tab>..."
should be just "product_url<tab>name<tab>..."

Froogle is also having its own intermittent problems at the moment, so
it may just be that.
