Hi Greg,
The "15000 mixed drinks cocktail" keyword search was just
an example, I am no expert in web searches for mixed drinks, sorry.
I run some of your pages, including www.barbrews.com/ through
the (X)HTML W3C validator http://validator.w3.org/
and there are validation errors.

I think that a sitemap in text format like yours is OK.
What do your sitemap stats say?
