Request: Window title

When you have items in the reading list - could you add the number of
read/unread/total posts.

I have the reader open in it's own tab under firefox and am quite
likely to leave it there for a whole day. The tab simply reads "Reader"
what would be great would be "Reader(12 of 14)"

Also to help keep this accurate a simple page refresh would be handy.
