AdWords API Bugs in the Report Services ?

I try to use C# to create a custom report. Here is part of the code

...
CustomReportJob reportJob = new CustomReportJob();
reportJob.startDate = new System.DateTime(2005, 8, 2, new
GregorianCalendar());
reportJob.endDate = new System.DateTime(2005, 8, 31, new
GregorianCalendar());
reportJob.aggregationType = AggregationType.Daily ;

...

After the report is generated, what I found is that the report is in
"Summary" format instead of "Daily" as defined. The state and end
date are also off by one day. In the report generated by Google, the
report date range is from 8/1/2005 - 8/30/2005.

Any ideas?
