Site removed and won't re-index

Hello everyone,

I removed my game development group's webpage
(http://www.unseenstudios.com) from the Google server about 4-5 months
ago because it was going through some major changes and I didn't want
Google indexing all the junk we had laying around. We were #1 on the
search "unseen studios" prior to this. I used the "urgent removal"
option. Now I have submitted my URL to Google a number of times in the
months since, added a sitemap and still it isn't listed. In a search
for "unseen studios", our 3d modeler's (really old) 3d site on
angelfire comes up but Google entirely misses our domain name. I read
something about there being a 180-day period in which it wouldn't
re-index. Is there someone I can contact to remove this period, or do
I just have to wait it out?
