AdWords API Re: Getting Adwords API Token

I have enrolled as a developer under the original login. Now that I
have an updated login I can no longer see the API Centre under My
Account.

I have been advised to enrol again as a developer but when I do with my
new account I am told that "The account is linked by another My Client
Centre" - I put in my details again and am taken to My Client Centre
where there is still no API Centre on the My Account tabs.
