AdWords API Re: Getting report of Content network keywords

That is true. I had the same problem. I was using custom reports with
report ids, and the "Content Targetet" traffic does not come out. I
believe, this is because Google does not track "Content Traffic" per
keyword. They only track it at AdGroup level. So despite you CAN get
this information in the Keyword Reports (when not using custom
reports), there will only be one artificial line in the report per
AdGroup "Total - content targeting".

I have also gotten contradicting information from Google of which URL
will be used, when clicking on an "Content" Ad. Some said that the
Keyword URL would be used. Some said the Ad URL would be used. Some
said that most of the time the Ad URL would be used, but the Keyword
URL could be used in some cases.

All very confusing and Google does not provide much usefull
documentation for this. However, from looking at the reports I have
concluded that given they do not track this traffic per individual
keyword, the Ad URL must be used.
