C# API questions

Hello again,

I've made some good headway into my enhanced stocks plugin, and I've
decided to do it in C#. The last bits of the puzzle I need are how to
format text (I can't find this anywhere on the website's API list), and
how to best create and work with the Options pane.

If anyone has either samples or advice, I'd like very much to have them
=)
