Site-mapped and verified but not searchable!

I can search and find the home page http://www.avisionofleadership.com
but I cannot search and find its title, A Vision of Leadership. The
title is tagged and is the first text in the body of the page. The
toolbar site rank is 0. This site has been in place for more than three
months. Any ideas? Thanks,
