Colored numbered markers

I'm looking for markers with numbers on them. I found red markers with
0-99 numbers through mapki, but cannot find any for yellow, green, blue
and purple.

Alternatively, if someone can suggest a free or relatively
in-expensive graphics program for Mac OS X that can be used to create
such markers, would appreciate your help.
