eh? Google have been very active updateing there software.
If you got a suggest, tell them, chances are it will be in the next
update in some form.

As for copywrite:

Each video seems to be vetted in some form, else it would have been
swamped with porn by now.
Also, notice there are no full shows, just clips. (except for when it
IS sumbited by a company...check out the full wallace and gromit
shorts! Submitted by Aardman).

I think,legaly, your allowed to have/show clips of shows upto a certain
length. I know this is certainly the case with music.
Google probably take off anything that is obviously copywrite
infrigeing, but leave grey-area stuff till they get complaints about
it.

Remember, in the long term google plan to have a pay-ment system for
some videos.
This will change the nature of google video quite a lot.
Full eppisodes of the simpsons for $1 or something..we could well see
that in the long term.
Any company can submit stuff and set a price for it...its just the
payment system is takeing them a long time to develop.
Once real copywrite holders are more actively on google video, they
might be more (or less) fussy about showing "clips".
