Commercial Use for this

I've been noticing there are lot of websites that uses this to aid
their business websites. But the terms and conditions clearly states
that it is for personal and non-commercial use. Now.. I know nobody
reads this kind of stuff, but I don't want to get in any trouble.. so
just wanted to throw this out there... see if anybody actually obtained
a written consent from google.

After sending an email to google, the automated email was sent back to
me saying that "Due to overwhelming demand, we are no longer accepting
requests for
additional queries or for commericial use permission."

Any advice??
