Difference in coordinates positioning Goggle Local vs. Goggle Map API

Hello,
does anyone know why the coordinates copied from Goggle Local:

http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=-8.393583,119.275560&spn=0.072599,0.102413&t=k&hl=en

into my JS for the API

map.centerAndZoom(new GPoint(119.275560, -8.393583), 8);

does not produce the exact same location?

Difference is about 100 metres
