Feed constantly failing from 12/21/2005

I have been uploading my product feed as per Froogle's Instructions
from the day I signed up and it has been successful so far till
12/21/2005. When I click on file Uploaded date I see this

Outcome: Failure - help
Number of items processed: 0
Number of items succeeded: 0
Number of active items: 0
Feed file name: kmujibu1_charter_net.txt
Uploaded at: 12/29/05 17:28
Processed at: 12/29/05 19:32

It does not show the errors or line number or the Bad Feed data under
the Errors tab. can someone suggest on how to look for the errors in
the product feed somewhere else under the Froogle Account. Thanks
