Getting a sitemap for a site with relative linking

I'm trying to create a sitemap using SiteMapBuilder .NET but the site
I'm trying to create one for uses relative linking on their website.
The relative linking is preventing the program from fetching the URLs
correctly. Out of ~5000 URLs, only 89 were un-errored. How can I get
the URLs from this site (are there any programs that will do this)?
