I don't think you can change it, you just have to send yourself a new invite
and open a new account with your desired email address. Hopefully it isn't
already taken. The first thing I did when I got my gmail invite (like a
year ago) was grab my professional email (which is my name) and then grabbed
another account for a junk email account. I use the junk email account for
website registrations and forums and stuff, and I only use my primary email
address for very important things like resumes and interviews. This works
out excellent because I literally get ZERO spam on my main account, but my
secondary junk account gets like 100 spams per day. Which is fine by me.
