Not so. Yahoo delivers your mail!

Dora,
You seem to be a bit put out with GMail as you have been posting on various groups that GMail doesn't deliver your mail, and that Yahoo does etc. This is incorrect. GMail delivers your mail, but it is stopped by various Spam filters and blacklists if spam has been sent from GMail before. If you are so desperate to get your mail through, either complain to Google, to the admin/webmaster of the mail server you are trying to send your mail to, or to the maintainer of the filter/blacklist, as it is extremely irritating to hear you spreading false statements (not intentionally false, but false in that they do not tell all the facts, and are completely incorrect).
The problem is like GMail sending the letters through the Royal Mail (the standard post service - I live in England so that's what I'm calling it) and your letterbox scanning them, realising that they come from the same place as some junk mail you got recently, and dissolving them in acid.
OK, not quite like that. Well not really like that at all. But you get the picture. Your complaining about GMail "not delivering your mail" is completely false; it delivers your mail, and it is deleted on the threshold of the receiver. It is only Google's fault in that they use non-standard IP addresses in the message header (they put their server's address, not the sender's address). Gerard can explain this in more detail and more correctly than I can (unlucky Gerard - I've dumped it on you).
Sorry if I've been a bit rude, but I can't stand people saying things like that with no explanation or even an example of what has gone wrong. I also like to correct people.
