GMail is having an issue with certain 'blacklisting' services.
There is a very good possibility that your mail is being delayed
or diverted by a mail system that employs one of these services.

If the mail is of truly high importance, I would recommend
against using GMail at this time. It is simply not suitable for
time critical email due to this condition. Hopefully, GMail
(Google) will realize the folly in their pursuit, and conform to
the more normally accepted protocols for email transmission.
