I don't know how to be any more specific than what I stated below, which I
will restate here:
Visit: http://groups.google.com/groups/mysubs?_done=%2F%3Flnk%3Dlt in
order to manage your subscription settings. At the bottom, choose
"Unsubscribe" for each group you want to unsubscribe from.
Oh, I know...
If it asks you to login, use the same email address that it is sending you
these emails to:
BRUCE BARKER [bruce.barker2@verizon.net]
If it needs a password and you don't know it or remember it use the password
reminder feature.
This should be all that you need to get off of this group and unsubscribe.

ps. Google should be monitoring this group at the very least and should have
already unsubscribed you simply because you blasted the list with so much
garbege in your fight to stop receiving emails. Like most of the Google
Desktop effort they seem to have devoted very little resources to it. But
that is complaint for another day....
