help!

i have join and submit my web site in sitemap. but when i search site
url or any type in google search i cant find the site wiht description.
:( plz...help wht can i do?
all r veryfied. till now even i have submited 2 ways also. ones with
sitemap is in my host also i tried with the "without sitemap option"
but till now no responce plz.help.
plz...send ur answers by mail also if u can ....
