I need Suggestions For my new SEO site

Hi There,
I have launched a seo site http://www.pr4links.info approx 2 months
earlier. I have also added a xml sitemap. And also working for link
building campaigns for this. Now I need suggestions for Improving
search rankings (how should i use keywords) and for getting very good
pagerank on the upcoming google update.
I have also heard about rss feeds, but i don't have idea how to use
those. So please help me.
