Is something wrong with Froogle?

I uploaded the same file since I began using Froogle over a year ago.
Now all of a sudden Froogle is unable to process the feed. Please note
that the file has accurued to a 21.8MB in size. I've used FTP to upload
the file. I have NOT tried uploading the file in .zip format yet. I
will try the .zip method if the second time fails. Any suggestions?
