Long way round - Gpolylines and the globe.

Hello all.

I've come across an annoying problem when using gpolylines and viewing
the map from a high altitude and was wondering if any one else has come
across it and worked out a solution. I was playing round with a mysql
driven 'location updater' and when i add points that encircle the
globe, google maps won't put the points 'around' the globe as they
should. Instead it crisscrosses them back the wrong way round the
globe.
