Problem showing infoWindow in IE
Hi,
I'm reasonably new to posting in this forum, so please bear with me,
while I get my problem out!
In short, I have a Google Maps site where I have markers (loaded from a
separate XML file). When you click the marker, it shows an infoWindow
with a brief description and a hyperlink that triggers some other
action (eg: Zoom in, or show photos, etc).
In both Firefox and IE it works. This functionality is correct.
However, only in IE (only tested on IE6), when I click on a marker,
then all the required text and hyperlinks appear, but the actual
infoWindow box/border is smaller. This means some of the text is
actually "floating" over the map, rather than within the infoWindow
box.
Furthermore, if I resize the IE window and try again, it's fine.
FYI, I have added code, such that the map will reduce the map size so
that only 360 degrees (ie: the whole world) is shown, not repeating.
I'm not sure if this is the cause of the saga.
You can see this at: http://petersworld.homes.com.au.
I would appreciate any help on this.
Thanks in advance.
