Query Url

Hi group,im having a problem with the query url. The documentation says
that i should use something like this :

http://127.0.0.1:4664/search&s=1ftR7c_hVZKYvuYS-RWnFHk91Z0?q=Google&format=xml

but when i paste this url in the browser,i get this :

"You requested a page that does not exist.
You may have reached this page by clicking on an invalid link or
bookmark. "

Any help?
