There are many examples I have seen by people here already that display
multiple maps with different views and function, and react to user
input.

If you have something specific in mind, we could decide how to approach
it. But there must be a specific, or concrete purpose in mind to make
any realistic decisions about what to do, and how to do it.

You sound very creative, it would be fun to explore your ideas, but
there must be a well defined parameter to begin with.
