He has a point.
The speed it is petty to complain about, but in the long run, manual
checking will be impossible.

I would favor a system like
www.newgrounds.com does for flash animations.
Users vote, and things below a certain quality threshold are deleted.
(&or things that spam, or have indecent material ect).

This is a nice democratic system for ranking and filtering.

One thing google might want to do is have an age-varification thing,
and only over 18's can view newly submited material.
If a few days of voteing/potential complaints goes past and it still is
ok, then its allowed onto the main system and anyone can see it.
