It appears that Bills control uses an assembly, when I upload the demo
files and run the Basics.aspx, I get the following error:

The type or namespace name 'WCPierce' could not be found (are you
missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

Even though the following reference resides in the Basics.aspx page:

<%@ Register TagPrefix="wcp" Namespace="WCPierce.Web.UI.WebControls"
Assembly="WCPierce.Web" %>

Do you think I need to configure something on the server?
