I looked at your javascript code driving the page. The incompatability
is most likely due to your sites use of the XML parser. Ive had
problems in the past with some versions of IE 5.5 not supporting
current features of XML since it depends upon the version of the XMLDom
installed. To check this, you could have your customer try to utilize
the Googlemaps straight from google. According to the documentation I
read a month ago Googlemaps does not use XML at this time for their
beta site. So if your customer can use googlemaps but then fails on
your site, theres a good chance its the IE XMLDom or XMLHttp version on
that clients box.
