As has already been stated the map tiles may not be reproduced outside
the API. You can however make a non-draggable map that doesn't react to
any events, which pretty much gives you the same as showing a picture
on your site. When loading your page you can pass the coordinates in a
querystring and the proper "image" will show up on the web page.
