John - Yes, you're right we should combine posts but rather than have
one long one, how about this?
Next time I post my FAQ I'll add a link to yours and when you re-post
yours you can add a link to mine, then we'll get two bites of the
cherry!

Bob - Making it a sticky post is a good idea, but I doubt writing to
the froogle monsters will get us anywhere, I think they've taken their
Christmas break early! :-)
