Nope. The removal tool has a "remove dead link" option, where you can
submit sibgle URLs which respond with a 404 to delete them in the
index. To deindex your whole site you have to put up a robots.txt
disallowing googlebot before you hit the
make-me-invisible-for-180-days-button.
