That actually makes good sense.

Maybe Google is attempting to make a point -- have a compliant browser!  But, taking it a step further, most of the suggestions arent about the browser but the user interface of google reader.

instead of just posting a suggestion, why not provide some feedback
along with the suggestion indicating that the suggestion has been
reviewed, accepted & implementation planned, declined
(incomprehensible, whatever other reason) and use the google engine to
help categorize the suggestions. google can do that (categorize text),
right?
