instead of a news forum for submitting bugs, why not offer a more
structure way to collect bugs, with information like os, browser, kind
of action performing, kind of response...

instead of just posting a suggestion, why not provide some feedback
along with the suggestion indicating that the suggestion has been
reviewed, accepted & implementation planned, declined
(incomprehensible, whatever other reason) and use the google engine to
help categorize the suggestions. google can do that (categorize text),
right?
