If they SEE you with a video camera.. don't worry. A manager will
hustle you out of the store faster than I can type BOO!

Basic rule: You can video tape anything, person, logo, etc you want.
Now if you intend to distribute the video say on Google to everybody
for pay or free? You need a Media Attorney to work out the details.

Yup I wrote Pay or FREE.

Malls in general have probably hundreds of unseen cameras watching the
people walking around. A video camera will get you a quick visit by
security and more than likely Mr. Policeman out in public.
