Text copying using keyboard problem

Hello.

I have problem with copying information from reader using Ctrl+C or
Ctrl+Ins keyboard combinations. I'm using Firefox 1.0.7 on Windows XP.
But the same problem is reproduced for Firefox 1.5 as well on Linux
Gentoo.

For example, I have selected some news and it is displayed in right
part of screen. Then I have selected few words there and tried
combination of Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Ins. No one result to placing selected
words into clipboard. Though if I make right mouse click and selected
"Copy" conext menu's item then copying to clipboard was successful.

I guess that it is hard bug because prevent to work with reader just
from keyboard not using mouse.
