Wrong Encoding Statistics

Hello.

According to Sitemaps, my enconding statistics are 75% US-ASCII and 25%
ISO-8859-1 (Latin-1), which is odd, since all the listed pages are
built under ISO-8859-1 and there is also a meta tag on them specifying
that.

What is going on?
