AdWords API Re: API Quota drastically cut. Hope it is a bug

uhmm we got the same problem around here. 4 million are gone all our
quota is gone.

About he Commercial Developer Program, they planned to start a
subscription to this program in the beginning of december. The
subscription program was never there. We were interested in this but
still no update on that topic.
